Baylor Family Health Center at Richardson has seasonal flu and H1N1 Swine Flu vaccines available. Please call our office at (972) 234-3311 for any questions or to make an appointment.Based on patient feedback, in August 2009 we will offer extended appointment hours Monday through Thursday to better meet your needs. By appointment only, Monday - Thursday evenings until 6:45p.m. Please note, there will be a $20.00 facility fee in addition to your copay for appointments scheduled at 5:00p.m. or later.
