Based on patient feedback, in August 2009 we will offer extended appointment hours Monday through Thursday to better meet your needs. By appointment only, Monday - Thursday evenings until 6:45p.m. Please note, there will be a $20.00 facility fee in addition to your copay for appointments scheduled at 5:00p.m. or later.
